CERAMIC POTTERY STUDIO
Art Center Waco’s Paint Your Own Pottery Studio is a contemporary ceramic art studio. Come in and enjoy painting on bisqueware—an unglazed white colored pottery. We have hundreds of items to choose from. We carry complete dinnerware sets, mugs, vases, novelty items, teapots, trinkets, pet bowls, flower pots, water pitchers, holiday décor, picture frames, ornaments and we have a large children's selection. We use non-toxic paint, we have lots of examples to look at, stencils, stamps, an ideas book to get you started and instructors to help out, with answering questions or giving techniques tips.

The kids will have a blast painting sports related pieces and can even sign each other's pieces so they have something to remember their teammates by. How about your child’s school or church teacher? Take a plate or ceramic apple and paint home with you. Have your child’s class each sign it. Then, bring it back to us to fire. PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY TO GO
Paint your own pottery to go is currently only available, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Great opportunities for Nursing Homes, Business/Corporate Parties or Classrooms
We bring everything needed to have a Paint Your Own Pottery experience to you. Art Center Waco will provide hands-on instruction and bring the pottery, paints, brushes and everything else you need to create your artwork. When everyone is finished with their works of art, we take the pottery back to our studio, glaze and fire the pieces, then bring them back to you in one week. Usually lasts 1-1 ½ hours.
CLASS FIELD TRIPS
Perfect for Schools, Scouting Adventures, or Church Classes. Art Center Waco offers fun, education based classes for K-6 grades. We'll bring the classes to you as part of our Paint Your Own Pottery To Go program or you can bring your group to our studio. We are happy to cater to a variety of ages in a single session. You set the schedule and you select the classes that fit your need.
