Welcome to The Art Center of Waco. We're so glad you're here.

Mission

The mission of The Art Center of Waco is to promote the arts in Central Texas through educational programs, exhibitions and collections.

Who We Are

The Art Center of Waco is a small nonprofit art gallery located in Waco, Texas. Established in the 1970's, we've been around for a long time, enriching Waco with access to the visual arts. Much of what we do is free to the public. Come by and visit for yourself... we're sure you'll find something beautiful here.

What We Do

We cultivate the arts in Waco. We accomplish our mission through our educational programs, exhibits and collections.

Educational programs

Our educational programs are one of our favorite things we do here at The Art Center. We believe providing all the opportunity to be educated in the arts not only expands perspectives, but also provides outlets for personal expression and community engagement.

Exhibits

We always have new art on display. Our exhibits rotate about every two months, and we schedule our exhibits a year in advance. Additionally, exhibits are free to the public. We want our art to be accessible to all, especially to our Waco community. Check out our current exhibit here.

Collections

We have a diverse and unique private collection of work, which we display on occasion for the benefit of the public. The generosity of donors across the years has made our collection like no other.
